Role Purpose

Lead retail demand planning and manage the end-to-end commercial franchise order cycle, ensuring product availability, healthy inventory levels and timely order fulfilment.

The role works closely with internal teams and franchise partners to translate commercial objectives into effective forecasts, inventory plans and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Demand & Inventory Planning

  • Develop SKU-level forecasts and manage stock allocation, replenishment and inventory levels across direct retail markets.

  • Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory and out-of-stock risks, implementing corrective actions.

  • Plan stock requirements for launches, promotions, testers, samples, rewards and spa products.

  • Lead retail demand planning inputs for the monthly S&OP process.

2. Franchise Commercial Operations

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for franchise partners, managing the order cycle from forecasting through delivery and claims resolution.

  • Develop rolling 3–6-month forecasts and order plans based on sales trends, inventory, launches and commercial targets.

  • Validate orders, pricing, product registration and documentation before processing.

  • Coordinate stock availability, order processing, invoicing and shipment with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.

  • Monitor order fulfilment, resolve discrepancies and conduct regular performance reviews with franchise partners.

3. Retail & Commercial Support

  • Prepare monthly retail replenishment orders and provide recommendations on assortment, sales performance and inventory productivity.

  • Coordinate with Retail, Marketing and E-commerce on launches, promotions, pricing and stock requirements.

  • Maintain accurate pricing and catalogue information in CEGID.

  • Calculate monthly retail incentives and commissions.

4. Financial Planning & Performance

  • Translate commercial targets into purchase budgets, inventory forecasts and stock plans.

  • Monitor inventory movements, closing stock, franchise sell-in, pricing and margins.

  • Identify commercial opportunities and recommend corrective actions based on sales and inventory performance.

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate sales, inventory, forecast and order reporting using CEGID, Excel and BI tools.

  • Develop performance dashboards and provide management with actionable insights.

  • Improve order management processes, reporting accuracy, documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Key Performance Indicators

Forecast accuracy, stock availability, inventory health, franchise order fulfilment, sell-in performance, margin accuracy and reporting quality.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, commercial operations or franchise business.

  • Experience in beauty, luxury retail, FMCG or a similar retail environment is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Advanced Excel and BI skills; CEGID experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Role Accountability

Own the demand plan, franchise order coordination and commercial controls, while working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and other functions responsible for their respective approvals and execution.
