YOUR MISSION
As a Merchandising Manager & Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Clarins Austria, you will plan and implement the brand appearance at the POS in line with international guidelines and local requirements. In addition, you will analyze sales data as a foundation for decision-making and oversee the brand’s data management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and execute the brand’s POS presence across skincare and make-up categories, ensuring compliance with international guidelines while addressing local and customer-specific needs
- Create effective and visually appealing planograms based on solid category management and shopper-oriented navigation
- Analyze and assess product assortments, inventory levels, and the efficiency of POS materials in line with brand guidelines and sell-out performance
- Contribute to trade marketing activities, promotions, and events by developing visual merchandising tools (displays, product presentations, shelf elements, podiums, etc.)
- Manage and monitor the merchandising budget and evaluate ROI
- Maintain and update product data, and perform regular analyses of sales and sell-out data
YOUR PROFILE
- A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Additional training in Trade Marketing, POS Design, or Data Analytics is a plus
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, KPI tracking) and PowerPoint, as well as 3D CAD/layout modeling tools such as SketchUp
- Experience with planogram software (e.g., “IWD”)
- Excellent organizational skills, creativity, brand sensitivity, and the ability to translate sales and inventory data into actionable insights
- Fluency in both English and German (minimum level B2)
