You are a leader who possesses a "system-wide view" of the business and a deep understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey. You will not only manage the day-to-day member operations but also serve as the architect for our data flows and system integrations.

2. Systems Integration & Project Management

  • Global-Local Integration: Lead the localization and implementation of new Global Headquarters (HQ) systems into the local market.
  • MarTech Evolution: Act as the key point of contact for technical troubleshooting and system enhancements, ensuring local needs are met during global rollouts.

3. Membership Program Management

  • Program Lifecycle: Strategy and execution of membership tiers, benefits, and exclusive loyalty activities.
  • Operational Excellence: Guide and mentor the CRM Specialist in inventory and stock management, including accurate forecasting and distribution (allocation) of member-exclusive gifts or products to counters.

4. Brand & Product Campaign Communication

  • Omni-channel Orchestration: Develop and integrate all brand-to-member communications across SMS and LINE.
  • Personalization: Utilize consumer journey mapping to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time.

About you:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in CRM or database marketing; experience in retail/beauty industry is a plus
  • System Thinking: Proven ability to see the "Big Picture" and understand how different business units and data points interconnect.
  • Consumer Centricity: Expert knowledge of Consumer Journey Mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data Fluency: Strong mathematical mindset with a deep understanding of data flows and backend logic. Experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale system migrations or software implementations.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken).

About the benefits:
