  • Work closely with HR to ensure alignment with policies and procedures

  • Support system upgrades, integrations, and payroll improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate the Employee Product Allowance program

About You

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally across Australia and New Zealand

  • Experience with Micropay Meridian and Humanforce/TimeTarget (advantageous)

  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, and compliance

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritise and manage strict deadlines

  • Intermediate MS Office skills

  • A reliable, flexible, discreet, and team-oriented approach

  • Supportive, collaborative team environment

  • Exposure to both Australia and New Zealand payroll operations

  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvement projects
