The Role:
Join us as a Sales and Coaching Executive and become a key player in our brand strategy. This role is designed for an energetic and results-driven leader who thrives on driving sales, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with the NSW Regional Sales Manager to build and execute strategies to achieve our sales goals and build our business.
This role is a hybrid role, with time spent in our range of stores, Sydney CBD office and at home.
About the Team:
- Reporting To: NSW Regional Sales and Coaching Manager
- Collaboration: Be part of a dynamic and supportive NSW team, where long-standing team members and a collaborative culture set the foundation for success.
- Direct Reports: You’ll lead a team of Visiting Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists, and key employees within our department store partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive and plan retail performance outcomes, analysing opportunities for future growth and strive to exceed budget expectations
- Maintain strategic retailer partnerships
- Develop business plans in line with the National strategy
- Gain Market Share and partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategy by door
- Deliver on sales goals with a weekly / monthly focus on Top Tier doors
- Lead the productivity and development of top performers by setting commercial goals
- Oversee rosters and staffing in department stores, ensuring profitable sales outcomes through effective workforce planning
- Adhere to and maintain all Clarins brand merchandising in line with national standards
- Coach and inspire Clarins Beauty advisors in-store to deliver 5-star customer service during all touchpoints
You Are:
- A Natural Leader: You have a proven track record in talent management, team motivation, and achieving consistent sales targets.
- Collaborative: Skilled at building consensus with key stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Commercially Savvy: Analytical with a strong sense of business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems quickly.
You Have:
- Experience: 2-3 years of Beauty Retail Management experience.
- Beauty Expertise: A qualification in the beauty sector is highly regarded, though not essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism: Impeccable personal grooming, aligned with Clarins’ brand standards.
