The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Director’s primary focus is developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to successfully achieve the financial sales targets of the company across all channels. The channels include: Department Stores, Specialists, Pharmacies and Standalone brand stores.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both wholesale channels and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide and coach a high-performing sales team (Sales Executives and our team of Beauty Coaches). Drive the sales strategy to achieve the Retail and Sell-in Sales targets, whilst fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Budget Management: budget planning, and operational budget management to maximise profitability and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and harness strong relationships with key retailers across all channels. Conduct high-level negotiations to secure strategic outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Develop an efficient and fruitful collaboration with the Marketing, CRM & Training Departments
