The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our retail operations through supporting the Retail Stores to deliver operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations, including order management and coordination, event planning and coordination, instore incentives, and general administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will present in a professional manner and practice discretion and confidentiality, while acting as the front-line contact within Retail Operations.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Operational Management – coordinate the development of an annual sales development plan, deliver financial reporting requirements, analyse inventory, monitor and analyse sales performance.
  • Pharmacy Administration – act as the first point of contact for Pharmacy Retailers, with regard to stock, promotions, VM and more.
  • Sephora Support – act as the conduit between Sephora and Clarins, support Sephora with retail operations, such as testers, VM and communications.
  • Communication with Sales Teams – work with Sales and Coaching Team to support with reporting, education, and events.
  • Divisional Budget Management – work closely with National Sales Manager on internal budget management and price lists
