The Regional Sales and Coaching Manager NSW is responsible for leading the state team to achieve and exceed the company sales goals and objectives by executing the brand’s strategy and driving the development of direct reports and retail teams.   

 

This role is perfect for a candidate that is eager to achieve objectives of increasing market share, sales budgets, store rankings and state expenditure. All whilst being an inspirational leader who enjoys working with people to achieve top results.

 

With a passion for total beauty (skincare and make-up), you will coach and drive the delivery of a seamless customer journey experience at counter, appropriately focusing on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies.

 

What you'll do:

  • Gain Market Share – Achieve sales growth targets, KPI’s and analyse performance.
  • Leadership and Coaching - Develop and motivate the NSW team in line with the Clarins culture and philosophy.
  • Clarins First Retail Boutique – mentor, develop and create a high performing team, whilst driving sales and customer service excellence.  
  • State/National Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders to ensure best practice.
  • Business Planning and Analysis – Develop and monitor state budgets and financials, meet sales objectives, ensure adequate retail coverage throughout the business.
  • Partnerships – Develop and nurture professional relationships with key retail partners.
