We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, based in Sydney, Australia.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of promotions and launches in line with the marketing strategy. This includes the associated planning and communication imperative for successful implementation of this strategy
Launch incredible campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches from concept through to in-store activation.
- Attend launch kick-off meetings and help bring brand strategies to life.
- Assist Brand Managers in developing marketing calendars, launch plans and promotional activities.
Drive seasonal marketing programs
- Coordinate the delivery of seasonal skincare, makeup and gifting campaigns.
- Manage local promotional development, including product codes, pricing, packaging specifications, promotional copy and production requirements.
- Coordinate point-of-sale materials including ticketing, value stickers, gift wrapping and promotional collateral.
- Keep the wider business informed through marketing calendars, campaign updates and monthly brand communications.
- Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with the team.
Deliver exceptional retail experiences
- Partner with Creative Services and Visual Merchandising to develop engaging in-store activations and launch materials.
- Coordinate merchandising assets, samples, testers and promotional materials to ensure everything arrives on time for launch.
- Prepare retailer presentations, seasonal templates and promotional sell-in packs.
- Support retailer strategy meetings by coordinating gifts, room set-up and presentation materials.
Manage digital assets
- Maintain and distribute marketing assets including imagery, videos and product information.
- Upload launch content and assets to retailer portals and digital platforms.
- Provide retailers with the tools they need to create engaging online product pages.
Keep campaigns running smoothly
- Coordinate promotional schedules and point-of-sale allocations.
- Maintain Retail Specialist grading documents and promotional parcel information.
- Work closely with Supply Chain to update pricing, order forms and product lifecycle communications.
- Raise purchase orders and manage day-to-day marketing administration.
- Coordinate weekly product orders for the marketing team and maintain product reference inventory.
You have:
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong project coordination skills.
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across a wide range of teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
