Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle
- Lead and develop the HR Team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team growth.
- Act as a strategic business partner, advising the MD and Senior Leadership Team on people and organisational matters.
- Design and implement a localised HR strategy aligned with business goals and global frameworks.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including annual salary and bonus reviews to maintain market competitiveness.
- Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations, processes, and policies.
- Handle employee relations and lead transformation or change initiatives as needed.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance, driving process improvements.
- Manage the smooth running of the office and facilities, including budgets, fleet, security, and maintenance.
- Foster a high-performing, engaged culture through employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and sustainability efforts.
About You
- A minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
- Bachelor’s degree or qualification in HR or a related field.
- Proven HR business partner with strong stakeholder influence and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing / overseeing payroll
- Excellent communicator with executive-level presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical and budget management skills.
- Experienced in leading change and transformation initiatives.
- Committed to service excellence, continuous improvement, and coaching others.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and values-driven with a proactive leadership style.
