HR Coordinator

About the Job:

The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Director and is an active member of the HR Team, providing support across the entire employee lifecycle, including administration, recruitment, employee engagement/relations, performance, compensation, benefits and learning!

 

The key responsibilities are:

  • Recruitment – Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising, screening candidates, interviewing, conducting reference checks and offering roles.
  • Employee Relations – provide employees with advice on policies and procedures, and support the resolution of minor ER issues.
  • Employee Engagement – organize engagement activities and events, such as our Values Day and Team Building activities. Be an active participant in our Clarins DEI and Health and Safety committees.
  • HR Administration – Own the administrative elements of HR, including the HR Inbox, HR Information System (SuccessFactors), reporting and compliance.
  • Employee Lifecycle – manage onboarding and offboarding, support annual initiatives (e.g. compensation reviews, performance reviews and learning and development programs)

 

About you: 

Essential qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years HR experience in a similar role
  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Commerce, Business or a related field
  • Solid understanding of Award interpretation and HR compliance
  • Proven exposure to the full employee lifecycle
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Microsoft Office experience
