About the Role
In November 2024, we proudly launched our first Australian stand-alone Clarins Boutique in Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building. With strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking a dynamic Business Manager to support the current team and help drive the next phase of our Boutique strategy.

  • Be responsible for the store results, including sales and customer relationship KPIs
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including rostering, budgeting and recruitment
  • Drive business growth through local area marketing, community engagement, and commercial insights
  • Oversee operational functions including stock and inventory control, POS, cash handling, and compliance
  • Contribute to a premium customer experience in demonstrating best in class beauty services.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director ANZ, providing strategic feedback and insights, be agile and demonstrate retail disciplines.
  • Support the execution of brand events, service activations, and customer experience initiatives
  • Maintain Clarins’ high standards of service, product knowledge, and Boutique aesthetics
  • Support in the onboarding and development of the Visiting Beauty Coaches for NSW, using our Flagship boutique as home base.

About You

  • Proven experience in retail or business management within beauty, skincare, luxury, or premium retail.
  • Multi-site management experience preferred.
  • Results driven with proven success in driving commercial outcomes (KPIs) and building team capability
  • Strong operational know-how: POS, stock control, reporting, and compliance
  • Confident leader who thrives on collaboration, coaching, and hands-on support
  • Passionate about customer experience, service standards, and team development
  • Ideally qualified as a Makeup Artist and/or Beauty Therapist
  • A proactive, energetic individual who sees opportunity and drives results
