The Boutique

We are thrilled to open our first boutique in Australia, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. As the leader of our dynamic Boutique Team, you will contribute to our mission of exceptional customer service in a beautiful, brand-new store. You will be the face of our brand, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

 

The Role

The Boutique Manager is responsible for all boutique operations, in line with the commercial strategy. This includes team management, business management, and providing an outstanding Clarins customer experience.

 

Who We’re Looking For

We want to hear from individuals passionate about beauty services, working in a luxury environment and store management! Ideal candidates will be able to provide exceptional customer service while embodying the Clarins brand.

 

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in a luxury beauty environment preferred.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to achieve KPI’s
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Managerial experience in a luxury beauty environment, preferably in a free-standing boutique setting.
