The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Clarins ANZ team! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring supplier accounts are well-managed, and payments are processed efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships – liaise with international and local vendors, set up new suppliers, and maintain accurate records.
- Process and reconcile invoices – match invoices to purchase orders, ensure timely approvals, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure smooth payments – prepare and process EFT files, handle expense claims, and reconcile corporate cards.
- Support financial accuracy – maintain AP ledgers, reconcile accounts, and assist with end-of-month tasks.
- Collaborate and innovate – build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.
You Have
- 2+ years of experience in a similar accounts payable role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience using Workday ERP is highly advantageous.
