Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a CRM Executive, based in Singapore.

 

 

THE ROLE:

 

Club Clarins (CC) Support (35%) 
-    Provide support to CX Team and Beauty Consultants on customer queries pertaining to Club Clarins loyalty program. 
-    Manage Point-of-Sales system and Loyalty Platform updates and creation, including redemption rewards/ product references, members' points/records and setting up loyalty promotional rules with IT.
-    Members Reward: Collaborate on the development and planning of rewards program. A continuous effort to stay competitive. (e.g. annual or periodic special redemption) 
-    Key liaison with Sales Team for ordering and allocation of CC redemption rewards and special events. Ensuring timely processing and delivery to all counters.
-    Support CRM activities/ projects, including prints, ordering, executing in-store Club Clarins activities. 
-    Assist CRM Manager in monthly BC Training on CRM KPI and upcoming CRM activities updates.

 

Analysis & Reporting (25%) 
-    Assist CRM Manager and stakeholders with analysis and insights. 
-    Analyse customer behaviour including customer profiling, lifecycle, purchasing pattern and segmentation.
-    Track and analyse campaigns, CRM database, KPI reports to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI and provide actionable insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives and drive sales.
-    Monitor and report Net Promoter Scores to Sales, Training, and Online Teams.

 

CRM & Lifecycle Program (25%) 
-    Assist in developing targeted customer segmentation strategies.
-    Manage communication calendar and track effectiveness and monitor spending.
-    Manage communication materials, prepare the brief, development and testing for EDM communications and SMS messages. 
-    Plan, develop and execute of communication campaigns, including brand messaging /product offer matrix, audience targeting, and results reporting. 
-    Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a personalized and seamless customer experience 

 

System and Database Management (10%) 
-    Support the maintenance and management of customer and lead data to ensure data integrity including data reconciliation, data integration and data audits.
-    Work with CRM Manager to manage digital transformation, consolidation and data integration from various internal and third party sources
-    Collaborate with Regional CRM & IT teams on Point-of-Sales and Club Clarins related system implementation and user testing enhancements/changes.

 

General Administration (5%) 
-    Ensure proper filing of Club Clarins materials/assets.
-    Submission of all relevant marketing invoices
-    Ensure compliance with PO and PRF requirements (e.g. submission of 3 quotations and tender requirements) 

 

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title CRM EXECUTIVE.

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or marketing related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant CRM working experience. 
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with Microsoft Office a must, especially Excel
  • Accurate, systematic, and methodical
  • Able to manage multiple vendors to deliver  
  • Able to work independently & as a team
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written 
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Luxury Skincare / Beauty / FMCG industries a plus.
  • Experience with campaign management or CRM systems a plus (Example: Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Emarsys etc)
  • Experience with customer care management tools a plus (Example: Zendesk)
