Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Executive - CRM, APAC - based in Singapore.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, data extraction, workflow creation, testing, and deployment.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to create targeted segments and personalized content for higher engagement.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows for prospect nurturing, customer onboarding, retention and reactivation campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
- CRM Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between Adobe Campaign and CRM systems
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate closely with Regional Data Analyst to monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, uplift) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration on Content: Work with content expert to leverage templates and visuals to deploy visually captivating campaigns
- Support global CRM initiatives: Work closely with CRM Manager to support the rollout of global loyalty and CRM Campaigns
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the role of Senior Executive, CRM Campaigns
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in CRM Campaign Management and Deployment in an agency or In-House brand environment in APAC
- Hands on and demonstrated experience in deploying and optimizing campaigns in Adobe Campaign
- Adobe Certified Expert certification advantageous
- Experience in Integration on other channels: SMS/MMS, Whatsapp, LINE
- Experienced in managing B2C retail environment campaigns
