The role:
Reporting to the Head of Talent APAC, you will deliver recruitment for assigned office roles across APAC and frontline roles in Singapore.
This individual contributor role combines hands-on recruitment with regional employer branding ownership, with approximately 30% of your time dedicated to strengthening employee advocacy and talent attraction.
What you’ll do:
Talent Acquisition Delivery — 65%

- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to clarify role outcomes, agree priorities and apply structured interviews and competency-based assessment tools.
- Build proactive office talent pools and recurring Singapore frontline pipelines through direct outreach, referrals and market networking; identify hiring risks and keep stakeholders informed.
APAC Employer Branding — 30%
- Develop and own the APAC employer branding plan, audience priorities, content calendar and campaigns within agreed objectives and resources.
- Create authentic employee, retail, intern and leadership stories through compelling copy, simple filming and short-video editing, aligned with Clarins’ brand.
- Lead the regional employer branding contributor network, guide local content creation and coordinate employee advocacy, campus activity and market activation.
- Evaluate relevant audience engagement, qualified applications and candidate feedback; improve campaigns and maintain evidence for future award submissions.
Recruitment Reporting — 5%
- Maintain accurate vacancy and candidate records in SuccessFactors, refresh established reports and highlight hiring bottlenecks. Campaign measurement forms part of employer branding ownership.
What you have:
- Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability, with proven full-cycle recruitment delivery and personal ownership of employer branding initiatives.
- Experience taking an employer branding initiative from audience insight and planning through content creation, activation and evaluation. Strong writing, storytelling and practical social content production skills are essential.
