Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst, based in Singapore.

 

 

 

1.    Customer Analysis & Insights

  • Track & regularly report APAC CRM KPIs, and suggest strategies for improvement (e.g. monthly CRM KPIs Dashboard, Loyalty Dashboard etc) 
  • Identify trends and insights to improve customer engagement and retention, through the creation of reports/dashboards to monitor database health & behaviour (e.g. Loyalty program performance, new product launch analyses, cross-selling etc)
  • Support Regional & local teams with actionable insights from customer data to support decision-making, including but not limited to predictive modeling, customer journey mapping, trend analysis etc
  • Collaborate and work closely with the markets to translate insights into action plans and implement analytics best practices
  • Provide & share customer analyses with relevant business units outside of APAC CRM, with a focus on driving customer repeat, retention and loyalty
  • Closely collaborate with any external agencies for synchronization of all Clarins market data & reporting (e.g. CN, KR…)
  • Participate in the Global Analytical community to share & harmonize best practices in data analytics within Clarins

 

2.    Data Quality & Control

  • Act as the key point of contact with Global Data Science teams on robustness and accuracy of data in Datalake
  • Maintain customer databases in conjunction with relevant product owners (Global & APAC level) to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer information. Implement data quality control measures to enhance the quality of data.
  • Perform data quality checks on Clarins internal reporting/BI tools & external reports
  • Timely reporting to & follow-up with, relevant product owners/teams for data inconsistency issues (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, DataLake etc)
  • Manage & improve data models used by APAC CRM team for analysis in BI tools

 

3.    APAC CRM Data Projects

  • PIC for all external Data Analytics projects/tasks e.g. Factbooks, ad-hoc data analysis projects, market research studies etc
  • Conduct UAT & follow-up for internal Data tools/projects (e.g. Qliksense, Tableau etc)
  • Responsible for facilitating RUN topics of CRM Data Projects with markets (Evolutions, Bugs etc)

 

4.    Regional Center of Excellence

  • Monitor and share innovative and best practices by attending industry conferences and reading specialty publications
  • Guide the implementation of regionally created dashboards
  • Enhancing analytical knowledge of APAC to improve self-serve analytics, enable deeper understanding of customer segments & support implementation of CRM strategies for customer loyalty
  • Assist in the coordination & organization of events/workshops (e.g. Regional/Global Seminars)

 

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title SENIOR CRM ANALYST, APAC.

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics and other related fields
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in CRM and/or Data Analytics, ideally in a similar industry
  • Previous relevant experience(s) in B2C CRM will be advantageous, preferably in an international retail environment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python
  • Required: Familiarity & experience in Tableau & QlikSense. Experience in other data visualization tools advantageous
  • Other advantageous technical skills: IBM Cognos Analytics, SAS, SPSS, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Snowflake, Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc)
  • Experience working with databases & large datasets, predictive models, advanced analytics
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with numbers, have strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, systematic and methodical
  • Open-minded, adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving fast-paced environment
  • High sense of ownership
