We are looking for a Retail Technology Support Analyst, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.  

 

 

About the Job

The Systems Analyst supports the Senior Manager, to enhance the business operations for Clarins Group Retail Technology department. He/she manages all application incidents, service and change requests with support team and business stakeholders, following application SOP process and governance.

 

The Systems Analyst plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and improving applications to ensure users and key stakeholders in the markets and regional office have the best user experience.

 

Support, project management, implementation & delivery  

  • Identify and prioritize Jira SM tickets for Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore and ANZ
  • Handle Jira SM tickets according to the typology: Solving issues: bug fixes, configuration in application, correct data interfaces issues
    • Answering request for assistance from users and key users around technical topics or data analysis on Retail applications (for instance: setting promotions or sales operation in Y2)
    • Working with Support Retail Team in Paris for new requests requiring evolution in Core Model solution
  • Intervention in a store to resolve a hardware issue in coordination with the technical team responsible for equipment
  • Build a knowledge database on Y2 and the main incidents encountered
  • Ensure the quality of support documentation

 

Project management & project implementation

  • Participate to Retail Technology projects in APAC Region with Retail Project Manager and Regional Retail team located in Singapore
  • Design new features and new requirements settings
  • Write functional and technical specifications
  • Write tests cases and execute tests cases
  • Organize and participate to UAT
  • Organize release go live
  • Provide documentation to Regional Retail excellence team for training guide
  • Participate to training session
  • Organize post go live support and run for level 1 & 2 in APAC

 

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience as Business Consultant, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator or Technical Coordinator.
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT Retail and CRM environment is a must
  • Database SQL knowledge and report analysis experience is required.
  • Working experience in administering or supporting multiple system automated integration
  • Microsoft Server knowledge is a must have, preferably with experience on Windows file management, Task scheduling, MSMQ, NLB, ARR, IIS, web services, oAuth authentication
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel analysis
