Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Product Manager, Asia Pacific based in Singapore.

 

The role:

 

As the APAC Product Manager for a leading prestige beauty house, you will be the custodian of the brand’s executional excellence and innovation pipeline across Asia Pacific.

You will act as the bridge between Global Brand teams and Local Markets, championing brand & product storytelling, go-to-market excellence, and performance analysis to strengthen the brand’s leadership of skincare within the region.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Brand & Portfolio Strategy

  • Translate global brand strategies into impactful regional plans, ensuring Asia Pacific market relevance.
  • Define regional portfolio priorities, balancing timeless icons with innovation and limited editions.
  • Support the development of long-term franchise roadmaps anchored in consumer insight, competitive landscape, and brand storytelling.

 

Launch excellence & 360 Campaigns

  • Lead regional launch readiness — from 360 brief to post-launch analysis — ensuring elevated execution across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams: Integrated Media, VM, Digital, CRM, Communications, Training, Retail and scientific teams to deliver integrated, luxurious consumer journeys.
  • Develop regional toolkits and storytelling assets that elevate product desirability and drive sell-through.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and share best practices across markets to continuously refine activation standards and encourage scalability.

 

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Analyze category trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to anticipate shifts in consumer behaviour and identify white space opportunities.
  • Provide business analytics and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions at regional and global levels.

 

Cross Functional partnership and stakeholder management

  • Act as a central liaison between Global Brand, Regional cross-functional and Market teams to ensure alignment and agility in execution.
  • Partner with regional operations, supply, and market teams to ensure smooth backend support, supply allocations and timing.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand internally and externally, maintaining consistency and excellence in brand execution.

 

What you have:

  • Experience & Education: 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, or FMCG industries; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Portfolio expertise: Proven track record in managing cross-market product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Consumer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of Asian beauty markets and consumer behavior.
  • Execution Excellence: Track record of delivering impactful 360 campaigns, managing budgets, and driving ROI.
  • Collaborative spirit: Someone who can drive results and smooth partnership across cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and motivate key stakeholders and peers.
