We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Agents, APAC, based in Singapore.

The Marketing Manager is the brand custodian and marketing strategist for the 11 APAC Agent markets, responsible for translating the Regional Marketing strategy into locally relevant, consumer-centric plans that drive sustainable brand equity, sell-out growth, and market share gains.

The role reports to and partners closely with the Associate Director, Commercial to ensure that marketing investment fuels commercial performance and that every market activation reinforces the Clarins brand at every touchpoint.

The core challenge is to operate effectively across markets of very different sizes, maturities, and consumer profiles. From established Priority 1 and 2 markets such as Thailand, India, Vietnam and Indonesia where scale and/or sophistication require deep strategic thinking, to smaller Priority 3 markets, where agility and efficiency are essential.

  • Partner closely with the Associate Director, Commercial to lead the sustainable and profitable development of the Clarins brand across the Agent markets.
  • Fine-tune marketing strategies to meet the objectives and ambitions defined for Priority 1 and 2 markets.
  • Travel regularly to markets to deepen understanding of trade dynamics, consumer behavior and Agent capabilities.
  • Continuously assess and document each market's situation, needs and opportunities.
  • Build seamless, trust-based partnerships with Agent marketing teams and key executives.

  1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Lead the dialogue with the Associate Director, Commercial and Regional Marketing to shape localized brand-building strategies for key markets.

  • Strengthen the brand's strategic pillars in markets: Anti-Ageing (Precious, Double Serum, Extra-Firming), Brightening, Body and Makeup through targeted activations and assortment strategies.
  • Support markets across their full marketing agenda in Skincare, Makeup and Spa: forecast reviews, asset sharing, best-practice exchange, launch planning and allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate 360° marketing campaigns jointly with markets to identify learnings, areas for improvement and future growth opportunities.

  1. Digital, Media & CRM
  • Work closely with Associate Director, Commercial and SEA Shared Services Media team to define and implement the social media and media investment strategy across the Agent markets.
  • Work closely with Associate Director, Commercial and SEA Shared Services Ecommerce team to identify e-retail opportunities and support Agents in deploying brand.com and retailer.com initiatives.
  • Work closely with Associate Director, Commercial and SEA Shared Services CRM team to ensure CRM activations and corresponding KPIs are embedded in market marketing plans (new customer recruitment, second purchase, retention of existing customers, repeat purchase, customer re-activation, ATV, IPT, …).

  1. A&P Management
  • Work closely with Agents to optimize A&P funds generated from sell-in, ensuring disciplined allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Track A&P, CAPEX, productivity per door and per BC, sales per line quarterly.
  • Control over-expenditure and monitor Marketing Contribution allocation according to our business priorities.
  • Ensure consistent retail pricing strategy across markets versus local competitors and within Clarins APAC guidelines (bi-annual review).

  1. Store Projects & Visibility
  • Partner with the Associate Director, Commercial and the APAC Architecture and Visual Merchandising teams to lead offline visibility projects.
  • Ensure boutique / counter / Spa projects (openings, renovations, refits, VM updates) are executed on time and that the brand is impeccably represented in space, location and design.

  1. Supply Chain
  • Participate actively in S&OP meetings: monitor fill rate, SFD ratio, forecast accuracy and adapt marketing plans to supply realities.
  • Assist the Associate Director, Commercial in monitoring inventory at market level on a monthly basis, and support Agents in adapting purchase plans and forecasts accordingly.

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
