Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Manager - Infrastructure & Network, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

THE ROLE:

The Manager - Infrastructure & Network, Asia Pacific is required to:

• Lead an infrastructure & network team to effectively plan, provision, operate, monitor, and maintain all infrastructure activities with in-depth experience and broad exposure in industrial standard for networks, infrastructure and security
• Review and identify operational activities, technology gaps and plays a key role in driving efficiency and improving the systems to ensure business has a stable, robust and relevant platform to support them to achieve their objectives
• Stay abreast of the latest software and technology developments and best practices and determine opportunities to apply this knowledge to improve or augment services offered
• Oversee the infrastructure, network and operations team to ensure all infrastructure and operations services and KPIs are met
• Work together with the Cyber Security team to review, manage and execute IT risk assessment and business continuity plan, including DR failover exercises
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation and management of network infrastructure, virtualization platform, cloud platform, and security
• Constantly evaluate new network or cloud solutions that could create improvement around the Region

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Be responsible for all the IT Infrastructure components at the APAC sites including desktops, servers, storage, WAN, and LAN
• To own as well to manage the infrastructure roadmap and lead the infrastructure team
• To strategize, give clear and drive the direction of the organization in the aspects of IT Infrastructure - Infra Operations, architecture, DR (Disaster Recovery), Meraki solution, etc.
• Work with respective local IT across APAC to deliver world-class infrastructure services to all Clarins employees 
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in design, deployment, operation and management of network infrastructure, virtualization platform and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
• Planning and designing infrastructure solutions for accurate service efficiency and effectiveness
• Designing and maintaining Infrastructure roadmaps for overall Infrastructure Architecture in APAC
• Lead and orchestrate global/regional infrastructure projects
• Establish policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with Group IT 
• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and Data Centers
• Govern outsource services and Data Centre provided by partners to ensure contract obligations are delivered and SLAs are met
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan document and ensure yearly DR is conducted
• Manage budget and other administrative functions
• Governing the services provided by suppliers to ensure contract obligation are delivered and SLA are met

YOU HAVE:

• Degree in Computer Science / Management Information or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience with 5 years of manager role
• Good knowledge on IT security, compliance, standardization and running of operation in IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of Active Directory Services, TCP/IP, Radius, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, LDAP, DNS, Management skills 
• Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and / or emerging IT technologies engineering in the following area: LAN/WAN, Wireless, multi-data centers networking, firewall, IPS, VPN and Cisco VOIP
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems
• Excellent knowledge of leading network and network security technologies, e.g., Cisco Systems, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, VMware, SDWAN and Zscaler are required
• Certifications of CCNA, CISSP and MCSE
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business and customer oriented mindset
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively, able to respond on a timely basis to management requests
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-managed
• Commitment to success and ability to work well in a virtual and in-person team environment
• Strong analytical, investigation and logical skills
