Ready to bring passion into your career?
Clarins Group is a trusted French family-owned company, a leader in skincare and make-up, operating in more than 150 countries.
We are looking for an Executive – Media & Acquisition SEA & APAC Agents.
About the Job
Media & Acquisition is a key driver in the consumer path-to-purchase. As the media landscape becomes increasingly fragmented, attention spans shorten, and media costs rise, it is essential to plan and execute paid media with greater efficiency to strengthen brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.
This role also contributes to shaping a robust online acquisition strategy — advising on sustainable social and KOL approaches, enabling SEA markets with best-in-class campaigns, and partnering with APAC E-Commerce and CRM teams on first-party data initiatives.
You will play a vital role in shaping an integrated communication strategy across Paid, Earned, and Owned pillars.
Singapore/Malaysia: Assist in planning/execution and reporting of full funnel, work hand in hand with the local communications team on social and KOL strategies / initiatives
Agents: Assist in supervision and providing advice to relevant Agent markets on full-funnel, social media and KOL strategies/initiatives/projects, selection and management of media agencies.
MISSION 1 – SINGAPORE/MALAYSIA: SUPPORT FULL-FUNNEL (PAID, EARNED & OWNED) AND ACQUISITION STRATEGY TO ACCELERATE BRAND AWARENESS, CONSIDERATION & SALES PERFORMANCE
Assist in formulating a full-funnel media strategy for Clarins' DTC sales channels (including online), in close collaboration with the local E-Commerce and Communications teams. You will support the Media and Acquisition Manager in the following areas:

- Develop comprehensive full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with local business objectives, target audience profiles, and regional guidelines.
- Ensure media strategies and plans support business goals across both offline and online channels while driving traffic and conversions across all distribution points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts, KPIs, and targets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop creatives tailored to each stage of the funnel; coordinate with agencies to submit creatives and copies.
- Lead and support annual paid media reviews and strategy sessions with media agencies.
- Promote integrated planning and execution between Clarins internal teams and agency partners.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with media agencies, drive discussions, ensure implementation, and provide insights and recommendations.
Brand Marketing, Social Media & KOL (Influencer) Strategy
- Support the development of brand marketing and media strategies to drive brand awareness, affinity, and engagement among target audiences.
- Ensure synergy in planning and execution across organic social media, influencer marketing, and CRM to deliver consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, perception, sentiment) and propose strategies to address gaps or opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to local markets on content production and creation, ensuring alignment with the Clarins brand DNA.
Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly analyze campaign performance across all funnel stages and report key insights to optimize future investments and strategies.
- Support day-to-day coordination and tracking of media expenses, including PO submissions, invoice processing, and finance tracker updates.
- Monitor and follow up on agency reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
MISSION 2 – APAC AGENTS: ENHANCE DISTRIBUTOR COMPETENCIES ACROSS FULL-FUNNEL MARKETING (PAID, EARNED & OWNED) TO DRIVE BRAND AWARENESS, CONSIDERATION & SALES PERFORMANCE, WITH FOCUS ON THAILAND, INDONESIA, INDIA, AND VIETNAM
Support and guide Clarins’ network of agents by elevating their marketing capabilities and developing full-funnel strategies, including media buying strategies for marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and ensuring that agents develop comprehensive full-funnel strategies aligned with local business objectives, target audience profiles, and regional guidelines.

- Guide markets and media agencies in leveraging the full media mix (PR, Paid, Owned, Earned, Always-On), as well as technology and content strategies, to develop coherent and effective annual communication plans.
- Consolidate social media performance reports from agent markets for APAC-level submission.
