Clarins Group is a trusted French family-owned company, a leader in skincare and make-up, operating in more than 150 countries.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive, based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Associate Brand Director, the Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s core Product Pillars and Franchises (Anti-Ageing: Double Serum, Extra-Firming / Makeup: Double Serum Foundation, Lip Oil), with the goal of achieving key business objectives, in terms of retail sales, rankings and market share.

The role collaborates closely with the Senior Marketing & Trade Executive and Senior Communications Executive to deliver integrated 360° brand, trade, and communication activities that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion through PR, influencer engagement, retail promotions, partnerships, social media, and in-store activations.

In addition, the Marketing Executive works directly with external partners (retailers, mall landlords, and collaboration partners) to strengthen brand equity and visibility across the Singapore market.

Key missions and challenges include:

  • Reinforcing Clarins’ brand equity, desirability, and visibility through consumer-centric retail animations, promotions, PR, influencer programs, and partnerships.
  • Building collaborative relationships with key Retail and Mall partners to maximize exposure, strengthen in-store activities, and support sales and ranking targets.
  • Driving brand visibility and desirability by supporting PR and KOL activities to achieve MIV and earned media targets.
  • Accelerating local social media channels to grow followers, engagement, and community recruitment.
  • Supporting seamless 360° campaign execution with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

Trade Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that increase store traffic, enhance visibility, and strengthen the consumer experience, with a strong focus on DTC retail.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional activities in partnership with mall landlords and retail partners.
  • Assist in creating local sets, offers, and promotional mechanics to drive retail sales.
  • Execute in-store activations and animations that recruit, engage, and retain customers through impactful, on-brand retail experiences.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing & Trade Executive to produce mall and retailer collaterals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Third-Party Partnerships

  • Identify and support the execution of strategic third-party collaborations that recruit new leads, amplify brand awareness, and increase traffic to boutiques and counters.
  • Manage the execution of partnership activities to ensure alignment with brand campaigns, commercial goals, and marketing calendars.
  • Conduct post-partnership and post-campaign analysis to measure ROI, highlighting learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.

Brand Marketing

  • Gather and analyse market insights, consumer behaviour trends, and competitor activities to strengthen brand strategies and campaign planning.
  • Manage and maintain the brand’s price list, supporting the Associate Brand Director on pricing analysis and annual YOY price adjustments.
  • Assist in producing and adapting marketing materials (digital screens, in-store visuals, POS collaterals, display assets) to ensure consistency and quality.

Social Media

  • Collaborate with the social media agency and Senior Communications Executive to develop and execute social content aligned with the marketing calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Support content coordination, including scheduling, formatting, uploading, and monitoring performance across social platforms.
  • Analyse content performance using digital dashboards and reports, identifying actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Contribute creative input to content ideation, including video production, reels, and adaptations of global assets.
  • Support community management by engaging with followers and upholding Clarins’ brand voice.

Public Relations

  • Assist the Senior Communications Executive in executing PR and influencer seeding plans, including sample dispatch, logistics, and content tracking.
  • Support media relationship management, including responses to product requests and maintenance of media databases.

KOL & Influencer Management

  • Coordinate communications with Clarins Circle members to maintain engagement and ensure timely sharing of content.
  • Assist in organizing influencer events and activations, including RSVPs, seeding logistics, on-site support, and follow-ups.

Administrative and Functional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly campaign reports covering social media results, PR performance, influencer activities, and communication best practices for local and global sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Training team and frontline teams to ensure that brand messages, campaign mechanics, and product stories are cascaded effectively and consistently in-store.
  • Monitor and track monthly marketing expenditures in Workday and M3 to ensure budget adherence and accurate reporting.
  • Provide timely administrative and reporting support to assist management decision-making.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing, trade marketing, communications, or social media—ideally within beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or FMCG.
  • Strong interest in skincare, beauty trends, and consumer experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • Experience working with agencies, KOLs, or retail partners is advantageous.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within the brand.
