Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a CRM Manager, based in Singapore.
In Singapore, The CRM Manager is responsible for managing Club Clarins database ensuring the brand can make the most out of marketing opportunities which the database can offer.
The key responsibilities are to recruit and to retain existing customers. Duties of the CRM Manager includes planning and delivering CRM strategies across the brand; working with Product Managers to drive recruitment / retention across Product campaigns
What you’ll do:
CRM Campaigns
- Plan and execute CRM activities with Brand Managers to support product launches, store events, and sales promotions.
- Drive new Club Clarins member recruitment, retention, and increased engagement.
- Boost metrics like member enrolment, repeat purchases, and average basket size while decreasing churn rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly CRM reports, analyze customer purchasing patterns, and develop actionable insights.
- Deliver post-campaign evaluations to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with PDPA standards.
Loyalty Program Management
- Lead and enhance the Club Clarins rewards program to stand out in the market.
- Develop tailored contact strategies for customer engagement.
- Oversee online membership platforms and manage exclusive rewards planning.
Adobe Campaign Management
- Maximize Adobe Campaign capabilities to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Map CRM touchpoints like welcome programs, birthday campaigns, and e-statements.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance system performance.
Training & Collaboration
- Train sales teams on CRM tools and the Club Clarins program.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful communication and campaign execution.
What you have:
- Minimum 5years extensive experience of CRM marketing, ideally in a similar industry
- Degree level in business related qualification
- A confident and articulate communicator, capable of inspiring strong collaborations externally
- Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in working with databases, data analysis, data segmentation and email marketing platforms
- Team player with interpersonal skills
- Accurate, systematic and methodical
