About the Job

At Clarins, digital innovation is at the heart of how we connect with consumers and elevate beauty experiences. As the APAC Digital Project Assistant Manager, you will support the successful implementation of digital and CRM tools across Asia Pacific markets. You will partner with global and regional teams to deliver projects that enhance customer engagement, ensure strong data governance, and drive digital transformation aligned with our brand values.

What You’ll Do

Project Management & Regional Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate the rollout of digital tools (CRM, loyalty, eCommerce, retail apps) across APAC markets.
  • Localize global project plans to ensure APAC-specific needs and timelines are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for post-launch support, working closely with markets and global IT teams.
  • Track project progress, prepare updates, and report to internal stakeholders and steering committees.

Training, Testing & Change Management

  • Facilitate user training and onboarding for new tools.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and follow-up on any issues or bugs.
  • Guide markets through smooth transitions when new tools are introduced, acting as a change champion.
  • Ensure clear documentation and provide toolkits tailored to APAC needs.

Data Stewardship & Governance

  • Monitor and maintain data quality across systems (customer databases, loyalty programs, etc.).
  • Support markets in managing data cleansing, deduplication, and compliance.
  • Act as the regional go-to person for all customer data-related topics.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance data governance tools and define KPIs.

Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise closely with Regional Digital, Marketing, CRM, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional project specs.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with a digital/tech component.
  • Share feedback and suggest enhancements based on user insights.

About you:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in project management, digital/CRM implementation, or data governance—ideally in beauty, luxury retail, or consumer goods.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe), loyalty platforms, data quality tools, and project management tools.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders across markets, tech teams, and HQ.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful, hands-on, and solutions-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; other Asian language proficiency is a plus.

About the benefits:

  • Unique products and innovative services
  • A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d'être
  • A caring and inclusive corporate culture
