Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

 

THE ROLE:

 

Lead eCommerce mega campaigns regionally and achieve business goal

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and optimization of 360 mega eCommerce campaigns for the region and coordinated with markets in execution, including D11, Black Friday Cyber Monday, 618…, to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
  • Oversee markets’ full year E-commerce animation plan (campaigns, promotions…) and ensure all markets have a solid & consistent plan through close governance & best practice sharing; and being the gate keeper to ensure market’s promotion follow brand guideline
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns & activities, and emerging eCommerce technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

 

Collaborate with marketing team to drive brand/product launch excellence in ecommerce platforms 

  • Drive the launch excellence of full year brand/product launch campaigns in eCommerce platforms through close collaboration with regional marketing team, to ensure strategic & solid online activation in order to drive brand desirability, customer engagements and conversions
  • Facilitate & work closely with relevant stakeholders on cross function / innovative/ strategic projects communication (livestreaming, live consultation…), building guidelines etc.

 

Drive adoption of always on content animations in all online channels with high market relevancy

  • Monitor and support markets on the localization of global content projects in .com as well as e-retailers, to make sure they are well planned and activated timely and properly with a focus on market relevancy
  • Be the go-to person when it comes to any Ecomm content assets and catalog related topics, and provide advice & recommendations 
  • Work closely with the acquisition manager to advice on the creative excellence, guide and support markets to write compelling and effective copy that resonate with diverse audiences across a variety of marketing channels

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of driving successful eCommerce campaigns and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reasonable grasp over any other Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) would be an advantage.
