We are looking for a Travel Retail Regulatory Affairs Supervisor (TRRAS), based in China.
About the Job:
Positioned in our Clarins China Shanghai office and responsible for Mainland China Travel Retail regulatory affairs, the TRRAS plays a key role to list Clarins products in compliance with China local customs regulations in a smooth and anticipated manner.
Alongside with products registration, the TRRAS also plays a pivotal role to ensure all associated materials’ compliance from documentation, packaging, labeling, logistical requirements to media contents validation (traditional and digital).
Lastly, the TRRAS is acting as the support function to interact with consumers’ product related enquiries across Travel Retail China.
Play a key role to list Clarins products in compliance with China local customs regulations in a smooth and anticipated manner.

- Monitor, evaluate, and update cosmetic related law and regulation and provide regulatory assessment and solutions to secure business operation
- To review and provide efficacy reports for claim supporting requirements
- Provide professional advice on all claiming material
- To provide timely update of the database of health permit and labels requirements for products distributed within Travel Retail Channels (Development of E-labels)
- Update ingredient restriction database based on amendment of regulations in China
- Maintain close communication with regulatory authorities and other relevant local regulatory bodies and be up to date with all local regulatory updates and changes
- Proactively working to understand evolving Regulations and to assess impact to future business
Ensure all associated materials’ compliance from documentation, packaging, labelling, logistical requirements to media contents validation (traditional and digital)

- Working closely with regulatory affairs international team, during product development stages, to ensure all requirements are compliance
- To prepare for product’s customs clearance related documents
- To validate all Travel Retail China’s media contents (traditional and digital)
Quality Management of product related complaints
Provide professional advice to resolve any product related complaints that has escalated to the need to safeguard the brand’s image
About you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affair, familiar with cosmetic regulatory
- Strong in Microsoft Office
