- Be responsible for the sales coordination together with the sales intern and be the direct link of local distributors’ team for daily contact

- Supervising the order processing managed by the sales coordinator intern
- Supervise the sales administration such as credit control, purchases, monthly sales reports, pricing coordination, x-rate fluctuations tracking, regulatory claims and sanitary registrations (specific countries only)
- Challenge the forecast management process in a defined timeframe consisting in the communication of the forecast files, analyzing & challenging the data towards the annual budget alongside the operational marketing manager (if applicable) and follow through with all updates
- Coordinate the trade marketing together with the media plan (offline and online) for the full area.
- Challenge local marketing plans (trade and media) keeping in mind the retail channel priorities and opportunities & oversee their implementation, ensuring these fulfill the brands strategy & guidelines
- Coordinate all aspects of merchandising projects together with the area director and the architecture and merchandising department
- Take full responsibility for the Sales and Expenses budgets of the assigned countries, ensuring optimal investment productivity at all times.
- Deliver top and bottom lines figures by managing the P&L of each market according to the agreed budget, monitoring closely the monthly sales target in purchases, local net sales and sell out and advise on any corrective actions in case of risks or negative trends
- Oversee the A&P budget according to brand strategies and the evolution of sales (purchasing and local net sales) as well as the level of contribution given by Clarins group on each brand.
- Ensure all the planners are filled in by the distributors including all media and trade marketing plans and follow up regularly on all updates
- Report the brands performances and best achievements as well as all the on going evolution of Retail & competitors environment, consolidating and sharing on a monthly basis the brands performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative data for the management.
We are looking :
- Education/Degree:
Business degree or University equivalence
- Background including total years of experience
- Min. 3 years’ experience
- Export missions in International environment
- Sales coordinator senior position with excellence and or seniority
- Commercial or business or operational position
- Technical skills:
- Expert in export business, commercial skills, international incoterms, international marketing operations is a nice to have
- Microsoft Office
- ERP usage
- Languages:
- Fluent in English, a second language is a must

- Agile, Autonomy, Flexibility
- Strong mindset to work with multi-cultural teams
- Well organized and very good relationship
