The role:

 

As part of the Ecommerce Europe team, and reporting to the head of Estore and Category Management Europe, the Estore Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the website of Clarins Switzerland (bilingual website, French and Swiss German).

 

What you’ll do:

 

Mission 1: Management and implementation of commercial animation plan

  • Create and implement the website’s sales promotion plan.
  • Coordinate with different levers of the e-commerce team (ECRM, acquisition ...), working together to optimize results.
  • Configurate campaigns (promotions and content) on the e-commerce platform (CMS - SFCC).
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce content manager for the creation of assets to support promotions.
  • Follow up on sales target achievement; propose new business solutions or activations when needed.
  • Conduct benchmarks and propose improvements for business optimization.

 

Mission 2: Online merchandising & content

  • Define and implement the e-merchandising strategy in coordination with local subsidiary (according to product launches, trade animations, promotions ...).
  • Optimize product catalogue and pages: filters, categorization …
  • Optimize Internal Search Engine (SFCC).
  • Implement new content projects launched by the global brand team, with the support of our web mastering & translation agency; coordinate with SEO project manager to ensure positive impact on SEO performance.

 

Mission 3: UX & CRO optimization

  • Adopt a user centric approach to optimize and personalize the customer journey onsite.
  • Implement tracking and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize UX.
  • Work with external contacts (CRO third parties) 

 

Mission 4: Catalogue management                                                 

  • Ensure the maintenance of the catalog (new products, discontinued items, pricing…)
  • Update new product information with local version in PIM/DAM
  • Accompany new launches with dedicated launch plan.
  • Coordinate with local inventory planner for stock management; anticipate out of stock issues.

 

Mission 5: Reporting on e-commerce activity

  • Daily / weekly / monthly / ad hoc reporting on site activity and key KPIs: orders, turnover, AOV ...

 

Mission 6: Projects

  • Participate in the management of Ecommerce projects.
  • Regular UAT sessions related to the roll-out of new features and projects for Clarins.ch

 

You are:

  • Customer centric
  • Business driven
  • Digital savvy
  • Attentive to detail and have a good sense of organization & priority
  • Fluent in English and German is strongly recommended

 

You have:

  • BAC+4/5 degree from a business school or university (digital/e-commerce specialization would be a plus)
  • 2 to 3 years of successful experience in e-commerce
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Analytical mind
  • Creative and adaptable
  • Good knowledge and experience working with a CMS (ideally SFCC), and good knowledge of GA4 and Jira
