The role :
Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Based in Paris 17th.
Clarins launched REBOOT in 2020, a global transformation program for operations and finance information processes and systems.
The transformation program aims to implement a new standard model for all of the group's subsidiaries, in order to respond to the new challenges posed by digitalization and the rise of e-Commerce.
This transformation is based on Infor M3 (on prem) and Workday (Cloud).
As part of the global Skill Center team, the IT Project Manager Infor M3 Supply Chain oversees and coordinates activities within their scope (Logistics, Forecasting, Industrial, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do :
Support the Users Community / Foster Operational Efficiency
- Ensure M3 functionalities availability:
- IT issues managed and resolved by appropriate IT partners.
- Business or data issues raised to relevant Users/Key Users.
- Provide first-line support to Users/Key Users of the Skills Center.
- Identify recurring issues and establish action plans.
- Contribute to user training initiatives.
- Manage support KPIs and communicate with key internal customers.
- Collaborate with solution editors and AMS for day-to-day follow-ups.
Be the Core Model Guardian
- Maintain updated technical and functional knowledge of your scope.
- Ensure solution consistency and maintainability.
- Keep documentation up-to-date for all changes.
Design and Implement the Application Roadmap
- Contribute to the solution backlog, integrating items from editor release notes.
- Design features within the backlog, assessing associated impacts.
- Estimate feature complexity and prioritize based on operational needs.
- Plan and oversee all phases of the roadmap (evolutions, small projects, testing, documentation, Go Live support).
Manage Your Area of Responsibility
- Guarantee the quality of service provided to Users:
- Maintain simple, maintainable, and harmonized processes/tools.
- Manage new features/incidents without regressions.
- Communicate effectively (updates, unavailability, workarounds).
- Manage AMS partners:
- Monitor service resilience and partners’ skill levels.
- Ensure service performance and best practices application.
- Act as the functional M3 expert, supporting dashboards and integrations.
- Promote good practices within the Reboot community (IT resources, users).
- Train backups within the Skills Center team.
- Participate in Skill Center meetings (management committees, solution committees, M3 Change Advisory Boards).
- Deliver the roadmap by initializing and following planning.
- Manage small projects, including resource workload, capacity planning, and reporting.
- Provide regular communication and reporting to management.
You are :

You have :
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an M3 Project Manager or Consultant, preferably in an international and multicultural context.
- Strong expertise in Infor M3, particularly within Supply Chain modules (e.g., Logistics, Forecasting, Industrial).
- Proven experience in technical and application support, as well as in IT processes and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, CMMI).
- Technical and functional proficiency in M3, with the ability to deliver both high-level and detailed specifications.
- Solid problem-solving and system analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to organize activities, manage time, and control budgets effectively.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
