The role:
As part of the Ecommerce Europe team, and reporting to the head of ECRM, you will be responsible of the ECRM campaigns to animate the Database for Switzerland Market (bilingual market).
What you’ll do:
Contact plan definition:
- Definition and optimization of the ECRM contact plan (emailing, triggers, mailing)
- Definition of the targeting, recommendations and monitoring of the commercial pressure
- 360 coordination with retail local team for omnichannel campaigns
Implementation of eCRM online campaigns:
- Email content: storytelling, design brief, HTML production in Badsender, in 2 languages (French and Swiss German)
- Target definition and A/B tests implementation
- Partners management & campaigns monitoring in Adobe Campaign V8
- Analysis of campaign performance and implementation of recommendations to optimize future actions
- Best practices / benchmark in terms of emailing, innovations, CRM and digital trends
eCRM project:
- Loyalty Program visibility : roadmap definition and animation
- Personalization and customer journey optimization
- Support in the implementation of relational campaigns linked to the customer's lifecycle and to loyalty programs in collaboration with the brand and local teams.
- Automatic campaign deployment and / or optimization (emails and push notification)
Regional role:
- Support and evangelization of markets region in their CRM development
- Recommendations: A / B tests, innovations… and sharing with the countries of the region.
- Webinar, training and managing tools such as AI Tool, Badsender, etc
- Best Practices and eCRM guidelines sharing
You are:
- Customer centric
- Business and e-commerce oriented
- Team spirit
- Organized and rigorous
- Fluent in English and German is strongly recommended
You have:
- BAC+4/5 degree from a business school or university (digital/e-commerce or marketing specialization would be a plus)
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in similar roles (crm, campaign management, loyalty, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Neolane/Adobe Campaign, google analytics, badsender, dartagnan and figma
- Ecommerce and analytics spirit
