Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for our new content project manager e-commerce & digital media Europe based in Paris.
The role:
As part of the Ecommerce Europe team, and reporting to the head of acquisition, you will be responsible for digital media campaigns management for Switzerland, & indirect coordination with other countries managing digital media locally.
You will also oversee e-commerce & media content management & rollout across all channels: acquisition, e-crm & estore, alongside campaign & content performance analysis in all 5 countries managed directly.
What you’ll do:
- Content management
- Briefing & coordinating ecommerce visuals creation for all channels: acquisition, site & CRM (promotional offers, gifts, exclusive products, etc.)
- Briefing & monitoring content publication with the webmastering agency
- Copywriting : create associated copy for each offer / communication, coordinating translation with local teams
- Monitoring brand content creation; managing the relationship with our webmastering agency & coordinating with relevant estore & acquisition project managers
- Coordinating with the SEO project manager to deploy new content in order to optimise SEO performance & assisting the SEO project manager in implementing content optimisations on all websites (existing content).
- Media & Social Media
- Digital media awareness campaigns for Switzerland
- Communicate & coordinate with other Europe countries where digital media is managed locally, to ensure full funnel synergy between ecommerce & media (media plans sharing, assets, tracking, guidelines & strategic recommendations)
- Deploy our global social media strategy for the Swiss market: community management, content management for facebook & instagram pages, trends & KPIs monitoring
- Localise & coordinate content creators’ assets with the global brand & local PR teams.
- 3D content Management
- Develop digital content in collaboration with our 3D modelling agency
- Consolidate regional needs for new products modelisation, ensuring all countries follow our global brand guidelines
You are:
- Customer centric
- Business and e-commerce oriented
- Passionate about digital media and content trends
- Proactive, with a strong team spirit
- Fluent in English and German is strongly recommended
You have:
- BAC+4/5 degree from a business school or university (digital/e-commerce course would be a plus)
- A first experience of 2-4 years of proven track record in a similar role (content manager, digital or ecommerce project manager, community manager, etc.), ideally with a digital agency, brand or online retailer background
- Strong understanding of media & social media platforms: Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, display
- Good knowledge of creative tools, such as FIGMA, Photoshop, OMI…
- Proven success in content & media campaigns performance analysis and reporting
- Excellent relational & organisational skills
- Attention to detail and good sense of priority
