At the heart of the Clarins Brand Division, data plays a key role in understanding our customers and strengthening our Direct-to-Consumer strategy.
Reporting to the CRM Data Manager, you will turn large-scale data into clear, actionable insights to support customer understanding, CRM initiatives and product performance.
What you’ll do :
Mission 1: Data Analysis & Methodology
- Conduct data analysis leveraging SQL, statistical modeling and AI to answer business questions on customer behavior, CRM and product topics, in line with the Global Data Team's priorities
- Apply the appropriate analytical approach and methodology to frame and structure each study
- Extract, clean and process data to ensure the reliability and relevance of the analysis
- Build clear data visualizations that make analytical findings easy to understand
- Present analysis results to business stakeholders, ensuring findings are clearly understood and usable
Mission 2: Dashboard Design & Development
- Build dashboards in Power BI, translating requirements defined with the Global Data Team into clear, reliable visualizations
- Structure data models and queries to ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable and easy to maintain
- Select the right KPIs and data visualizations to make insights easy to understand and act upon
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather needs, iterate on drafts and validate the final output
- Document dashboards and present them to business and technical stakeholders
- Maintain the backlog of requested evolutions and ensure the ongoing follow-up and maintenance of existing dashboards
Mission 3: Testing & Data Quality Assurance
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Qlik and Power BI Dashboards, ensuring data reliability and functional compliance before release
- Support the Data Project Manager in checking and validating data across dashboards and analysis
- Identify, document and follow up on anomalies with technical teams
- Coordinate testing phases and timelines with technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases
Mission 4: AI-Powered Efficiency
- Use AI to deepen and accelerate studies and analyses
- Test AI-powered tools in day-to-day work and share feedback with the Global Data Team to support the team's adoption roadmap
You are :
- Curious, analytical and genuinely interested in new tools, methodologies and innovative ways of working.
- Rigorous and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel.
- A strong communicator, able to adapt your message to different audiences and make complex topics easy to understand.
- Comfortable turning data into clear, impactful stories and presentations.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.
You have :
- A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3/5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of statistical modelling techniques, such as segmentation and scoring.
- Proven experience in dashboard design and data visualization tools, ideally Power BI.
- A rigorous approach to data testing and quality assurance.
- The ability to leverage AI tools to enrich analyses and accelerate your work.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
