The role :

As part of the IT Infrastructure, Cyber and Market (IT ICM) team of the group's Information Systems, the End User Computing & Security Tools Administrator is responsible for maintaining in operational condition:
- The tools managing the end-user computing environment (administration, supervision, software update, application, repository, etc.)
- The various elements of the end user computing (such as Laptop, Desktop, Smartphone, Operating systems, Global software layer), as well as workstation security (Antivirus, Endpoint Detection & Response, Web filtering, Mobile Device Management)
- He/she contributes actively to the definition, implementation, and deployment of different standards in coordination with the technical project manager and local teams and security teams
What you’ll do :
Mission 1 : Operational Management
- Lead and supervise central/global operations, maintain network, telecom, and video conference infrastructure.
- Manage strategic suppliers (e.g., Datacenter, WAN) and conduct relevant meetings.
- Support application, technical, and support teams internationally.
- Manage level 2 and 3 incidents with the local IT Service Desk and end users.
- Develop and enforce processes with service providers and IT teams using market standards (e.g., ITIL Service Management).
- Interface between internal teams and subcontractors for operations, WAN, and cloud solutions.
- Perform regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on activities and SLA.
- Lead problem resolution and organize troubleshooting sessions for major issues.
- Configure and install network equipment and software as needed (e.g., Firewalls, Switches, Routers, software/virtual machine installations).
- Occasionally travel to Clarins sites (approximately once a month) for deployments and maintenance, potentially outside working hours.
- Ensure service level metrics on reliability, availability, scalability, and performance are met or exceeded.
Mission 2: Project Support & Coordination
- Participate in technical project implementation (task identification, effort evaluation, timing).
- Identify needs and technical resources for project implementation.
- Plan project-related activities with different stakeholders.
- Propose solutions for integrating needs into Clarins Infrastructure (Infrastructure & Security).
- Support solution implementation with internal teams and subsidiaries.
- Produce technical documentation (DAT, DEX) for implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with CLARINS IT teams and internal clients for business project support.
- Supervise and manage external service providers for system maintenance and technical solution implementation.
- Follow internal project methodology.
Mission 3: Apply, Enforce & Control Network IT Policy & Standards
- Ensure proper implementation and application of group-defined standards.
- Follow and enhance group technology governance as needed.
- Document technical solutions and ensure documentation is updated during development and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the CISO to implement security policies.
- Propose improvements for processes, standards, and services.
Mission 4: Reporting/Communication
- Report technical activities to the System and Networks Manager.
- Regularly update status and progress related to the Network area to requesters, project managers, and stakeholders.
You are:
- Effective in oral and written communication, including English, capable of leading activities and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-oriented, flexible, and open-minded
- Analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A team player with the ability to work in project mode
- Fluent in English
You have:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, and Telecommunications, or an engineering degree in related fields
- Over 7 years of IT experience, with more than 4 years in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructures, technical architecture, applications, and services
- International work experience
- Proficiency in documenting standards and participating in project implementation
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident/Change Management) processes

- Security: Palo Alto/FortiGate, F5, Zscaler, Certificates, OpenSSL

- OS & Scripting: Windows, Linux, PowerShell
- Infrastructure Services: DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SFTP
- Authentication: AD, Azure AD, ADFS
- Video & VOIP: Yealink, Cisco
- Cloud & Digital: Azure, AWS, Office 365, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle
- Scheduling: OpCon, Task Scheduler
Processes & Standards:
- Prince 2, Agile, PMI, COBIT/ITIL, ISO 27001
