The role :
CDD of 5 month to be filled from January 2026 (Maternity Leave Replacement)

As part of the International Social Media team, the Social Networks Analyst ensures that social media efforts align with both global objectives and local market needs, with a focus on always-on strategies and a data driven approach.
The role provides strategic insights, ensures coherence across regions, and supports local teams to optimize campaigns and decision-making processes.
What you’ll do :
Mission 1 : Lead of Country Specific SNS Needs
- Act as the primary contact for markets on all social media topics (strategy, always-on, social calendar).
- Coordinate requests and ensure they are addressed by the brand and delivered on time.
- Support business growth by adapting global strategies to local needs.
Key Results / KPIs:
- Satisfaction rate of local teams and stakeholders (internal & external).
- Timely and efficient management of requests.
Mission 2 : Strategic SNS Data Insights
- Implement a monthly reporting system to track key performance indicators for local SNS accounts.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations during asset efficiency meeting and brand meetings.
- Monitor trends and set up alerts to proactively address opportunities or risks on local platforms.
Key Results / KPIs:
- Delivery of impactful reports and analyses at key business moments (launches, brand meetings, market reviews).
- Evidence of proactive recommendations leading to optimized campaigns and improved performance.
Mission 3 : E-Commerce Asset Acceleration
- Lead and animate an agile cross-functional task force with Media, Ecom, Digital & Com Teams) dedicated to the creation of conversion oriented SNS assets (low-funnel).
- Drive the adaptation, rapid prototyping, and amplification of assets to fill current gaps and respond to evolving market/algorithm demands.
- Ensure continuous testing, learning, and optimization of content formats (reviews, tutorials, UGC, video) to maximize conversion and ROAS.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and guideline development for broader internal teams (Com & DCH Teams).
Key Results / KPIs:
- Increased volume and diversity of conversion driven assets delivered from HQ (new drops every 6–8 weeks).
- Clear uplift in low-funnel campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates).
- Regular monthly reviews with regional business sponsors to validate performance trends and prioritize next sprints.
- Creation and ongoing evolution of best-practice guidelines to scale content production across teams.
Mission 4 : Management & Coaching of a trainee
- Supervise and coach a trainee within the Social Media pole.
- Ensure clear task allocation, and continuous follow-up on progress.
- Support the trainee’s development by sharing best practices, giving constructive feedback, and involving them in key projects (reporting, content coordination, benchmarks).

- Trainee delivers high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
- Improved autonomy and skills development over the course of the internship.
- Positive feedback from trainee and internal team on the quality of support and management.
You are :

- A coach and mentor with experience supervising trainees or junior team members
- A critical thinker and problem solver, able to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable solutions
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced, constantly evolving digital and social environments
You have :
- A Master degree in Marketing / Communication / Business
- 4–5 years of experience in social media analytics, strategy, or digital marketing, ideally in an international context
- Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube…) and their analytics tools
- Proficiency with social media management and listening platforms (e.g., Emplifi)
- Strong command of digital analytics, reporting, and KPI measurement (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, ROAS, conversion)
- Experience in paid media campaign monitoring and performance optimization
- A solid understanding of social commerce and low-funnel content formats (UGC, tutorials, reviews)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (dashboards, performance tracking, storytelling with data)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
