Under the responsibility of the International Trade Marketing Director, the International Trade Marketing Project Manager takes part into the International Trade Marketing strategic vision by developing portfolios of categories and projects for which he/she is responsible.
He/she develops tools for the operational implementation of sales events on markets, in a “customer retail experience” perspective and aiming at developing the turnover for which he/she is responsible.
What you’ll do :
- Develop the animation plan to meet the brand’s challenges and priorities and support the existing skincare and make up products catalogue (launches non included), including brand’s engagements and differentiating points.
- Design 360 toolbox, working in collaboration with internal teams (purchasing, merchandising, translation, communication, artistic direction, studio, product development, retail, digital/CRM and regions…): search for concepts, briefs with experts, on/off experiences, gwp, sampling associate, with a concern for the consistency of the messages.
- Build and share marketing or animation books with a global approach per category with an optimized omni-channel brand experience with a key focus on driving brand desirability.
- Collect and compile market trends, best practices of our competitors / regional best in class experiences to maximize animation plan efficiency.
- Develop and ensure the production of values pack and GWP to support the plan and the priorities of international key sales moments, in accordance with the brand strategy (desirability, eco design, profitability, cost, promotion...).
- Identify gap & opportunities, define assortments and validate global needs of sets with Marketing and Regional teams.
- Contribute to developing the Global graphic identity of the sets.
- In collaboration with the Purchasing Teams, develop eco-designed collections of containers or rewards for markets.
- Manage the global performance of the developments of which you are in charge, by doing annual quantitative and qualitative analysis with recommendations for the plans.
You are :
- Creative and pro-active
- Enthusiastic, with good interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and in French
- Brand addicted and genuinely looking forward to new challenges
You have :
- A Master 2 in business school or university degree
- Between 3 and 5 years background in sales promotion, animation, marketing or trade marketing, at local or international level (excluding apprenticeship and internship), within the beauty, luxury or retail industries
- A good knowledge about several distribution channels
- Good skills in the coordination of several departments
