The role :

12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) – Starting as soon as possible – Based in Paris 17th

As PMO & Sales Coordinator Europe, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and coordination of strategic European projects, with a specific focus on our partnership with Sephora. Reporting to the Commercial Director Europe and functionally to the CFO Europe, you will lead operational rollouts across European markets, contributing to the success of several major initiatives including a supply model (Go Live July 2026), the GDSN project, and the Sell Out Cockpit.

You will also coordinate and monitor the Sephora One Europe Agreement, ensuring operational excellence and optimal collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.

 

What you’ll do :

PMO Activities (50%)

Reporting to the CFO Europe
• Lead the successful implementation of a new supply scheme by July 2026, ensuring strong coordination across countries and with internal experts
• Contribute to the deployment of the GDSN project, assisting small markets in automating assortment creation via the Gaia tool
• Roll out the Sell Out Cockpit for Sephora and key international clients at regional level
• Coordinate expert and operational teams to define efficient processes and ensure timely, successful project delivery

 

Sales Coordination Europe (50%)


Reporting on this mission to the Commercial Director Europe and working closely with our European Key Account director, your role will involve coordinating and implementing Sephora one Europe agreement across the European markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sephora One Europe Agreement

Follow and monitor annual agreement’s implementation and directly interact with Sephora’s team to get agreed counterparts (Space, Activation, etc.)

Analyze & communicate on Sephora KPIs : sell in & Sell out data, Supply KPIS, Consumers datas, Productivity KPIS to take the right decisions

Be the operational contact for Assortment and Pricing matrix.

 

  1. Local Stakeholder and Cross Functional Collaboration :

Work closely with countries, gathering insights and key infos on sell out drivers and give them back regular feedbacks on European deal with Sephora.

Collaborate with internal central teams (sales, marketing, supply, legal) to ensure effective execution of customer initiatives and optimize results.

 

Prepare T2T meetings to develop strategic partnership with chosen clients. 

 

You are :

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A skilled negotiator with strong coordination capabilities, comfortable navigating complex business environments and driving agreements to closure
  • A collaborative partner who works effectively with local stakeholders, actively seeking their input and validation in key decision-making processes
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Exceptionally organized, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well-versed in the international luxury market, with knowledge of key players, industry trends, and evolving customer preferences — a strong asset
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken

 

You have :

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field – an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an international and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other key tools used for reporting and coordination
