The role :

8-month fixed-term contract (CDD) – Starting as soon as possible – Based in Paris 17th

Reporting to the Commercial Director Europe, the Sales Projects Manager Europe plays a key role in the coordination and implementation of European and international sales projects across all European markets.

The role combines project management and sales business analysis, with the objective of ensuring successful rollout of regional tools, supporting countries in the management of international clients, and providing robust data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

 

What you’ll do :

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EUROPE (50%)

Working closely with the Commercial Strategy Director Europe, you will contribute to the deployment of regional tools and the successful execution of European projects.

Roll-out of European & International tools

  • Lead the roll-out and support of Price Monitoring and Contract Management tools across 15 European countries
  • Deploy the Category Management tool to support local initiatives and ad hoc analyses
  • Implement a new Sell-Out Cockpit, in line with the European Data Roadmap

International Clients Centralization Projects

  • Coordinate international client centralization projects across countries
  • Define and implement efficient processes, alerts and ways of working with local teams
  • Ensure consistency, operational excellence and successful adoption across markets

 

SALES BUSINESS ANALYST – INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS (50%)

Working closely with the European Key Account Director, you will support the coordination and execution of international client agreements across Europe (including Sephora, Marionnaud and Douglas).

International Clients Coordination

  • Follow and monitor the implementation of annual agreements driven at European level
  • Act as a key interface between countries and customers to ensure proper execution
  • Analyze and communicate on key performance indicators: Sell-in & Sell-out performance, Supply KPIs, Consumer data, Productivity KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making at both European and local levels
  • Act as the operational contact for Assortment and Pricing matrices

Local Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with local teams to collect insights on sell-out drivers and market performance
  • Provide regular feedback to countries on European and local international client agreements
  • Collaborate with central functions (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Prepare and coordinate internal meetings and Top-to-Top (T2T) meetings with key international clients (Sephora, Marionnaud, Douglas) in collaboration with local teams

You are :

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A skilled negotiator with strong coordination capabilities, comfortable navigating complex business environments and driving agreements to closure
  • A collaborative partner who works effectively with local stakeholders, actively seeking their input and validation in key decision-making processes
  • Analytically minded, with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Exceptionally organized, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well-versed in the international luxury market, with knowledge of key players, industry trends, and evolving customer preferences — a strong asset
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken

 

You have :

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field – an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an international and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other key tools used for reporting and coordination
