The role :

 

CDD of 5 months to be filled from March 2025

Based in Paris 17

 

The CRM & Retail Project Manager Europe will be part of the D2C & Data Europe project team to be the main point of contact for the retail missions in Europe.

 

He/she will follow the implementation of retail projects with a CRM point of view and develop strategies across Europe with the objective to grow qualitative client recruitment and powerful and personalized loyalty scenarios in coordination with the Retail and CRM Managers.

 

This role will establish close relationships with local CRM and retail teams, IT, regional and international CRM teams and data representatives.

 

What you’ll do :

 

1. Coordinate and communicate about retail topics:

 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of market needs and priorities in order to implement and develop various retail projects (clienteling app, Beauty consultation, retrieve POS data in the CRM database…)
  • Coordinate with the retail project team and ensure the prioritization and respect the timelines
  • Lead regional communication to ensure stakeholders are well informed regarding priorities and timelines
  •  Follow up on retail technical integration projects with CRM tools

 

2. Deploy strategic retail projects with a CRM vision:

 

  • Be the European business lead for projects related to retail solutions in coordination with the IT, international and local stakeholders
  • Execute business testing and guarantee the quality of the delivery
  • Proactively suggest improvements and action plans
  • Work together with the CRM and e-commerce teams to enhance the omnichannel vision of our customers

 

3. Leverage retail projects

 

  • Collaborate with local teams to teach them how to make the best use of the data collected via retail tools to build a 360° communication and customer view
  • Identify development needs and coach the retail team to embed CRM into store strategy
  • Follow the quality of retail communication campaigns in a structured manner
  • Monitor KPIs for customer retention, engagement & acquisition and make sure targets are met
  • Be responsible for GDPR compliance on retail tools
  • Organize the sharing of CRM and retail "best practices" at European level
  • Support the adoption of retail tools in the markets via webinars, trainings and explanatory videos

 

You are :

 

  • Passionate by client's satisfaction, strives to understand customer’s expectations
  • Flexible in an evolving environment and able to switch from strategy to operational subjects
  • Able to communicate clearly and create good relations with others
  • Fluent in French and English (a third language would be a plus)
  • Able to work in an international and fast-changing environment
  • Aligned to Clarins Values

 

You have :

 

  • A Business or Engineering School Master’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years background in retail, clienteling & CRM project management with a strong business focus
  • Experience with clienteling tools and other retail tools would be a plus. Knowledge of CRM tools and JIRA would be great.
  • Solid methodology in project management
  • Advanced retail and digital culture as well as a strong appetite for data and new technologies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to details and ability to multi-task and prioritize
