As part of the Global Digital team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for the animation of Clarins.com and local social channels, with a user-centric approach.
You will ensure the overall digital experience of Clarins.com and local social content, and act as a key digital point of contact for 360° online activations, including product launches, trade animations, sales & promotions, and always-on content such as brand and CSR projects, services, etc.
What you’ll do :
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will partner with the Digital CX Director to define and oversee the overall direction of global digital marketing strategies and activities to be executed across all markets.
As a digital marketing leader, you will focus on building brand awareness, affinity and e-commerce performance through online activation and digital content across our owned digital channels (Clarins.com and local social channels).
You will be responsible for delivering ambitious, creative and effective digital campaigns.
Define and develop the online content strategy
- Define the global online marketing strategy for product launches, trade animations, institutional campaigns and key e-commerce promotions, with clear KPIs.
- Map the customer journey strategy by project, in collaboration with CRM, Retail and other 360° teams.
- Conceptualise, develop and deliver holistic toolboxes for all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute successful global SEO/GEO content strategies, with a focus on content creation, copywriting and landing page optimisation.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for enriched digital experiences.
Continuously improve online brand UX and brand equity
- Monitor consumer and market insights to drive innovation and relevance within the global digital plan.
- Manage reporting and share learnings and insights to continuously improve the global content strategy.
- Track and analyse the performance of key projects through global reporting.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all markets, finding the right balance between brand building and promotional activities.
- Generate insights from website data and third-party solutions, in collaboration with the CRO team, to identify opportunities to improve conversion and UX within the global plan.
Agencies, partners & team management
- Organise and manage the Digital Studio team in collaboration with the Global Digital Customer Experience Director.
- Manage agencies on a day-to-day basis, including budget monitoring, coordination and identification of new partners.
- Strengthen day-to-day collaboration and knowledge sharing with Regional E-commerce and local market teams.
- Support the development of the team through skills development and knowledge sharing.
- Manage and monitor the budget, from planning to follow-up.
Change management
- Develop and improve internal methods, processes and tools to drive greater efficiency within the department.
- Strengthen collaboration and synergies across global functions to ensure greater consistency in the 360° user experience.
- Work closely with Regional E-commerce teams to deliver best-in-class e-commerce toolboxes.
You are :
- Graduate of a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Highly organised and rigorous, with strong analytical and project management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative thinker and strong problem solver, with a decisive and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment, with the ability to coordinate, align and mobilise teams around shared objectives
- Customer-centric and service-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
You have :
- Solid expertise in web marketing and a deep understanding of digital business challenges and opportunities
- Previous experience in team management, with the ability to lead, develop and motivate team members
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- A strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
