CDD - Digital Experience Project Manager H/F/X

Fixed-term contract
Position available starting from July for a duration of 5 / 6 months
Based in Paris (17ème)
Reporting to the Digital Experience manager, you will oversee new digital opportunities (Brand exploration) and digital discovery products to shape the next generation of brand experiences.
What you’ll do :
- Digital Acceleration Project Management
Lead several digital acceleration projects (eg: New Look and Feel [clarins.com revamp], Voice, Digital Innovation Lab projects, Digital Factory projects, UX/UI optimisations, Skin Observer Rollout…):

- Collaborate with the different stakeholders of the projects to understand their needs and objectives, support the project on the digital scope, source ideas and spot risks.

- Create the UX / design brief and follow-up the production of zonings, wireframes and mockups with the designers and Artistic Direction team

- Coordinate the validation of specifications and mockups with all stakeholders (Customer Experience team, regions, IT, top management)

- Work closely with the Content team on various projects to ensure the production of animation assets (banners, visuals, etc.)

- Perform the UAT of your projects with the support of an external agency

- Coordinate the launch and roll out of your projects for all markets (AMA, APAC, Europe, FGM): launch pack, planning, process, help markets with some configurations on SFCC

- Participate and actively take part in seminars (Brand & Digital) and key meetings with the top management (DSC, etc.)
With the Digital Experience Manager, help on consolidating new methodologies and processes of our team and ensure proper implementation along the different project phases.
Be curious about trends around digital subjects (webinar, trade shows, new technology, etc.) in order to anticipate and/or recommend new opportunities. Share the most relevant information with the digital team.

- Evaluate our digital performance and draw learning

- Work closely with the CRO team to help on monitoring our KPI, identifying the best practices and lessons learned that can be applied to future initiatives

- Help on sharing our project results and learning to our main internal contacts

- In collaboration with the CRO ream, build/follow user research, reporting, benchmark, etc
You are :
- Organized, efficient and reliable (methodology)
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organization
- Team player with a sense of deadlines, a sense of analysis, and good judgment
- Passionate about the luxury / cosmetics industries
You have :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital/ e-commerce project manager role
- A degree equivalent to a Master's Degree (Bac +5) from a business school, university, or equivalent
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Figma Jam type) and analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Content Square is a plus
- A strong taste for new digital trends, UX best practices, design, and technical challenges (Design System, components, etc)
- Comfortable with the use of CMS (Salesforce type) and mastering ticketing tools (JIRA, Asana type)
- Ability to assess risk and identify key stakeholders to remove barriers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical and design skills around website digital projects
- Experience within an international company
- Fluent in French and English (the majority of documents and meetings will be in English)
