The role :
CDD of 6 month to be filled from december 2025
Based in Paris 17
Reporting to the Digital Experience Director, you will drive and structure new digital projects, align them with brand ambitions, business priorities and IT constraints, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and support the team’s growth. A key challenge is to evaluate performance and share learnings to continuously improve our digital roadmap.
What you’ll do :
MISSION 1: STRUCTURE AND MANAGE THE NEW DIGITAL INITIATIVES LINKED WITHIN THE DIGITAL BRAND DEPARTMENT
Leadership :
- Be the point of contact of our department on any new group initiatives linked to our expertise and that impacts our scope/roadmap (eg: New Look and Feel, Skin Diagnosis, Virtual World, Clarins App…)
- Understands stakeholders’ objectives and challenges (UX/CRO, Animation, brand, business, IT…) to support the project on the digital scope, source ideas and spot risks
- Lead (or participate to) the various workshop around the project (Ideation, Design Thinking…)
Strategy :
- Define or refine vision, expectations, objectives, priorities, resources and requirement around a new digital opportunity, in line with the Brand objectives
- Develop and promote a consistent methodology and new processes within our scope of work
- Be curious about trends around digital subjects (webinar, trade shows, new technology, etc.) in order to anticipate and/or recommend new opportunities. Share the most relevant information with the digital team
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and improvement that could help to differentiate us from our competitors
Communication :
- Adopt constructive critical thinking and solution maker mindset to facilitate the progress and collaboration between all stakeholders
- Set-up and encourage cross-functional cooperation and communication
MISSION 2: MANAGING THE TEAM AND OUR ACTIVITY
- Define the roles and responsibilities of the PM and designers/consultants around the various project
- Strengthen the project governance of PM to improve visibility of their work towards our team and the company
- Build and ensure good communication and collaboration within the team but also within the digital department
- Contribute to skill development of the team
- Celebrate and reward our achievements and successes
MISSION 3: EVALUATE OUR DIGITAL PERFORMANCE AND DRAW LEARNING
- Work closely with the CRO team to create the business case behind each project to help prioritization
- Monitor our KPI, identify the best practices and lessons learned that can be applied to future initiatives. Develop corresponding action plan
- Share our project results and learning to the top management (Clarins.com taskforce, Steering committee, Digital RDV etc)
- In collaboration with the CRO ream, build/follow user research, reporting, benchmark, etc
You are :
- A digital leader with strong strategic vision and the ability to connect business goals with digital execution
- An experienced manager, confident in guiding, mentoring, and motivating cross-functional digital teams
- Highly organized, with excellent orchestration skills to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and markets simultaneously
- A pragmatic problem-solver with a results-driven mindset, capable of anticipating risks and proposing effective solutions
- An excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with top management, IT, UX, design, and business teams
- Someone who takes ownership and makes decisions with confidence, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
- Curious, structured, and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and international environments
You have :
- 8 to 10 years of experience in digital or e-commerce project management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- A solid track record in international environments, ideally within the luxury, retail, or cosmetics sector
- Proven experience leading and structuring digital teams (project managers, designers, developers, or external agencies)
- A strong understanding of digital ecosystems and the ability to translate business needs into actionable digital projects
- Good knowledge of UX/UI best practices, digital design systems, and technical challenges related to e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Figma / FigJam or equivalent)
- Knowledge of data and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar)
- Understanding of CMS platforms (such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to lead meetings and produce documentation in English
