We are currently looking for a 360 Product Manager & Make-Up Go to Market to join our Make-Up Unit team.

You will support the 360 & Go-To-Market Marketing Manager in the execution, coordination and operational excellence of the 360° make-up strategy, with a strong focus on competitive intelligence, operational coordination, tools preparation and market feedback consolidation.

 

 

The role contributes to ensuring relevancy, consistency and timeliness of 360° launch activations while feeding strategic reflections through insights and benchmarks.

 

 

In a context where the main challenge is to support the acceleration of the Makeup unit.

Your role will secure the execution of new product launches while ensuring continued support of the existing catalogue. It directly enables performance, efficiency and sustainable growth in line with Clarins’ strategy.

 

 

 

What you’ll do :

 

 

  • SUPPORT 360° OPERATIONAL EXECUTION & COORDINATION

 

    • Support the preparation and follow-up of 360° briefs, key milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare operational materials and presentations for key meetings (360° meetings, PFO, alignment sessions).
    • Track action plans and key decisions to ensure proper follow-up and execution.
    • Contribute to the inter-services coordination, ensuring smooth information flow and respect of timelines.
    • Act as an operational relay between marketing development teams and 360° experts.

 

 

 

  • MARKET & COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking (products, launches, activations, claims, content, etc.)
  • Monitor best-in-class practices across the industry to nourish operational marketing strategies.
  • Synthesize insights into clear, actionable reports for marketing and expert teams.
  • Maintain and update competitive intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, new players, or innovative activations relevant to the make-up category.

 

 

 

  • MARKET FEEDBACK & GO-TO-MARKET SUPPORT

 

  • Support the relationship with DMR by collecting, structuring, and analyzing market feedback (RETEX).
  • Contribute to the adaptation of toolboxes, calibrations, and operational assets based on market needs.
  • Prepare summaries and recommendations to help adjust ways of working and operational tools.
  • Assist in the organization of regular touchpoints with markets (agendas, materials, follow-ups)

 

 

 

  • TOOLS, PROCESSES & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

 

  • Support the continuous improvement of 360° processes and tools for operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the onboarding and roll-out of new processes across departments.
  • Ensure consistency of operational tools with GOMD counterparts when relevant.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.

You have :

 

 

  • A first significant experience in operational marketing, category management or international marketing in the beauty industry
  • A degree equivalent to master’s in business or marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent in English and French
