CDI – People Analytics Manager - H/F/X

We are currently looking for a People Analytics Manager to join our HR Digital & Analytics team.

 

As the Group business owner for HR reporting, analytics and workforce planning, you will play a key role in transforming People data into a strategic asset. Through meaningful insights and robust governance, you will help shape workforce decisions, support business performance and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

In a context where data is becoming a critical driver of business performance and decision-making, the People Analytics Manager will lead the evolution of HR analytics capabilities across more than 25 subsidiaries worldwide.

Working at the intersection of HR, HRIS, Finance, Data and Technology teams, you will contribute to Clarins' transformation by enhancing workforce planning, improving HR reporting standards and enabling informed decisions that support sustainable growth, operational excellence and responsible business practices.

 

 

 

What you’ll do :

 

• People Analytics & Workforce Planning

  • Define, prioritize and govern Group HR KPIs aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead and continuously improve workforce planning and labor cost management processes in partnership with Group Finance (budget, forecasts, provisions, recharges, CAPEX and cost analysis).
  • Standardize workforce, labor cost and HR reporting across the Group.
  • Deliver relevant insights to support workforce and organizational decision-making.

 

• HR Reporting & Analytics Solutions

  • Own the design and evolution of HR dashboards and reporting solutions in collaboration with HRIS, Data and Technology teams.
  • Ensure reporting solutions are actionable, user-friendly and support business decisions.
  • Act as the HR functional lead and super-user for People Analytics solutions by defining requirements, prioritizing enhancements and supporting roadmap delivery.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting capabilities across HR and business stakeholders.

 

• Data Governance & Compliance

  • Define and maintain HR data standards, KPI definitions and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, privacy and compliance in partnership with HRIS, Data and Technology teams.
  • Manage the Group HR Data Dictionary and support regulatory and sustainability reporting requirements, including CSRD.

 

• Data Culture & Capability Building

  • Promote a data-driven culture across HR and business stakeholders.
  • Support HR teams in understanding and leveraging workforce data effectively.
  • Simplify access to reliable insights and reduce dependency on ad hoc reporting.

 

 

 

You are :

 

  • Insight-driven and passionate about transforming data into business value.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working in complex international environments.
  • Curious, proactive and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and decision-making.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Customer-oriented, with a collaborative and service-minded approach.
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

 

 

 

You have :

 

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR Analytics, reporting strategy, workforce planning or business intelligence.
  • Strong experience working with HRIS environments, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in BI solutions and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and labor cost management processes.
  • Awareness of GenAI and AI-driven analytics solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
