CDI – HRIS Master Data Manager - H/F/X

Permanent contract. Position starting July 1st, 2027. Based in Paris.

 

We are currently looking for an HRIS Master Data Manager to join our HRIS team.

This role is key to ensuring the reliability, consistency and strategic value of HR data across the organization. Acting as Global Process Owner for key HR reference data, the HRIS Master Data Manager defines and governs HR data architecture while enabling reliable reporting and analytics for HR and business stakeholders.

In a context where data-driven decision-making and HR digital transformation are accelerating, this position plays a central role in structuring and optimizing HR data, ensuring its quality across systems, and enabling meaningful HR insights.

 

What you’ll do :

 

1. HR Master Data Ownership & Governance

  • Act as Global Process Owner for key HR reference data and repositories, ensuring integrity and relevance across all modules and systems
  • Maintain responsibility for data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across HR processes and flows
  • Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and governance practices
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data structures and reporting frameworks
  • Lead projects to define, adjust and optimize HR master data repositories

 

2. Reporting Architecture & Build

  • Design and configure HR dashboards and reports
  • Ensure that data is accurately exposed from source systems through to analytics tools
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align reporting with HR processes, business needs, and strategic objectives

 

3. Data Integration, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure end-to-end consistency of HR data flows across systems and reporting solutions
  • Manage security, roles, and permissions related to HR master data
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data architecture and reporting capabilities

 

 

You are :

 

  • Highly structured and detail-oriented
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in international environments
  • A strong project manager and stakeholder partner
  • Quality-driven and committed to data accuracy and governance

 

 

You have :

 

  • 5–10 years of experience in HRIS or HR data management, ideally in an international environment
  • A Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in HR master data, data modeling and reference data management
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Good understanding of HR processes, HR cycles and cross-module data dependencies
  • Experience with data governance, GDPR and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English and French (additional languages are a plus)
