The role:
This is a permanent position (CDI), based in Paris 17th, available as soon as possible.
We are currently looking for a Cross-Functional Finance PMO to join our Group Skill Center – Finance.
In the context of the ongoing REBOOT finance transformation program, you will play a key role in tracking deliverables, ensuring high-quality communication and optimizing resources to support the Skill Center in maintaining and continuously evolving Clarins’ global finance solution.
This finance solution, deployed across the entire Clarins Group, is a Core Model built on standardized and critical functionalities. It relies mainly on Infor M3 and Workday, and is complemented by several interconnected systems covering Finance (Basware, Treasury Xpress, HFM,…), Sales & Supply Chain (M3, Cegid Y2,…) and HR (payroll tools, SuccessFactor,…).
As this solution applies to all Clarins entities worldwide, both central functions and subsidiaries, the role requires a strong Group-wide vision and close collaboration with a wide range of international stakeholders.
This position offers high visibility within the Group and a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the performance, adoption and long-term success of Clarins’ finance transformation.
What you’ll do:
As a Cross-Functional Finance PMO, you act as a key enabler for Finance transformation by ensuring efficient project execution, performance tracking and stakeholder alignment across the Skill Center.
You work closely with the Head of Financial Architecture, Global Process Owners and Experts, the Finance Transformation Director, IT teams and business stakeholders, with a strong Group-wide vision.
Your main responsibilities include:
Project & delivery tracking
- Establish and maintain project and sprint timelines, milestones and consolidated dashboards.
- Monitor deliverables, ownership, SLAs and risks to ensure on-time, in-scope and high-quality delivery.
- Produce regular status reports and steer escalation when needed.
Performance analysis & resource optimization
- Define, consolidate and analyze KPIs for key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Perform capacity versus workload analyses to align resources with priorities.
- Identify and propose initiatives to industrialize and automate reporting (best practices, AI, automation).
Documentation & governance
- Contribute to and maintain clear, structured and up-to-date documentation (project follow-up, flash reports, meeting minutes).
- Ensure proper versioning and accessibility of documentation.
Cross-functional coordination & communication
- Coordinate Finance, IT and business stakeholders to align priorities, timelines and dependencies.
- Ensure smooth communication through steering committees, flash reports and regular updates.
- Support change management and communication activities in partnership with the Change & Communication team to drive adoption and engagement.

You have:
- A Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Finance and project management in an international context
- Proven experience in project governance, planning and progress tracking
- Strong expertise in defining and monitoring KPIs, SLAs and benefits realization
- Solid knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), controlling and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, BI); experience with Workday, Infor M3, and/or Cognos/Qlik is an advantage
- Fluent English (working language); French is a strong plus
