We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Travel Retail Americas.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Mission 1: Marketing, Launches & Promotional Activities

  • Adapt Marketing Calendars per retailer based defined market strategies 
  • Define the proper level of investment or attention behind each launch
  • Prepare Marketing presentation (Power point) every season 
  • Coordinate the development / creation of the promotions (GWPs and specific promotional animations): SMR.
  • Define and develop collateral material according to marketing plans and needs.   
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a full 360-degree support of any launch:  Digital, Merchandising, Training etc. 
  • Manage digital assets for digital platforms and e-retailers.

Mission 2: Forecasting & Ordering 

  • Review monthly Basic& Promo stock levels vs sales and define action plan to maintain a healthy inventory level.
  • Monthly stock analysis and quarterly discontinuation lists update for internal stakeholders.

Mission 3: Reporting & Data Management:

  • Regular monitoring of novelties’ performance.
  • Prepare monthly report on launch performance with pictures and results.
  • Quarterly preparation of pre and post campaign analysis. 
  • Analyze product behavior quarterly to review product performance. 
  • Analyze consumer trends and competitive landscape.

Mission 4: Special Events

  • Attend and present at sales cycles and seminars

 

Education/Degree or equivalent: 

  • Marketing Degree/ Relevant beauty industry experience in marketing

Soft and Leadership Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal skill 
  •  An energetic, resourceful action-oriented individual

Technical Skills:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Power point skills

Languages:

  • English and Spanish
