We are looking for a Brand Manager based in Miami.

 

The role:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining information regarding new Travel Retail developments, launches and promotional activities.  You will coordinate and implement marketing projects with responsibilities that include forecasting and ordering, budgeting, promotional activities coordination, special events, communication and merchandising.

 

What you’ll do:

In an environment where the pace is high and demanding, this role will contribute to all the pillars of the Group strategy, but mostly as a Brand Builder.

The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in the commercial brand strategy development and implementation to help drive performance.

  • Support and execute strategic brand plans for Clarins, helping to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand vision, marketing plans and commercial planning.
  • Lead operational planning and coordination of forecasting, on-shelf dates and catalog/ innovation pipelines.
  • Analyze market and competition trends to identify market opportunities, ensure competitive product positioning and proper marketing execution.
  • Manage and prepare projects, budgets, presentations and meetings with key retailers.

 

You are:

  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Fast paced and can excel in high pressured environments
  • An effective communicator
  • Able to formulate business strategy and carry out implementation plans
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and French (a plus!)
  • Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

 

You have:

  • 3 year(s) of experience in marketing or product management
  • Knowledge of skincare/fragrance/travel retail industry
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Successful track record of managing a Brand
