We are looking for an Area Manager based in Miami, FL.

Mission 1: Drive Business Growth

  • Manage and develop assigned Travel Retail accounts to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and retail partners.
  • Negotiate annual business plans, sell-in objectives, and promotional opportunities.
  • Regularly visit points of sale to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize product assortments.
  • Analyze sell-out trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to open new doors and expand distribution.
  • Ensure pricing strategy and brand positioning are maintained across all accounts.

 

Mission 2: Marketing & Commercial Execution

  • Partner with Marketing to execute annual trade plans aligned with global strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and animations.
  • Support launch implementation and in-store activation.

 

Mission 3: Brand Visibility & Merchandising 

  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are consistently executed.
  • Monitor in-store presentation to protect and elevate the Clarins brand image.
  • Identify opportunities to improve merchandising visibility.

 

Mission 4: Forecasting & Planning 

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to prepare and monitor sales forecasts.
  • Review purchasing plans and order flow with retail partners.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory health.

 

Mission 5: Reporting & Business Analysis 

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews.
  • Analyze retail performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Consolidate monthly sales updates for assigned markets.

 

Mission 6: Financial Management 

  • Support annual sales and expense budgeting.
  • Monitor account profitability and client P&Ls.
  • Ensure marketing investments deliver strong return on investment.
  • Manage travel and promotional budgets responsibly.
